Speaker Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny), Majority Leader Bryan Cutler (R-Lancaster), and Policy Committee Chair Rep. Donna Oberlander (R-Armstrong, Clarion, Forest) called for a vocal response to efforts to change the current rule, adopted in the early 2000’s, which helped to stabilize insurance rates and keep physicians practicing in the Commonwealth.
