Judiciary Committee to Hold Public Hearing on Justice Reinvestment Initiative

WHAT: Rep. Rob Kauffman (R-Franklin), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, will host a public hearing on a package of bills that would expand the Justice Reinvestment Initiative. Senate Bills 500, 501 and 502 are designed to reduce prison and probation costs, better protect crime victims and strengthen public safety.

Gillison, Esq., board member, Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole; and Mark H. Bergstrom, executive director, Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing.
