On April 25, we recognized Mr. William A. Caparella, a World War II veteran from the 88th District on the floor of the House. He was joined by many family members, some who even visited from out of state, for the occasion. William was a Carpenter's Mate Second Class in the U.S. Navy, and he celebrated his 100th Birthday earlier this year.
