The Pennsylvania Department of State is responsible for administering elections in the Commonwealth. I asked the Secretary of State today to clarify their guidance. Uniformity across county lines is of the utmost importance. In order to make it easier to vote and harder to cheat, we need to ensure everyone is following the same rules.
