Owlett is joined by Robin Adams, a leading child and family advocate in Tioga County, and her son, Asa, to talk about local and statewide efforts to support children and families impacted by drug abuse and other trauma. They discuss the work of I’mPACT and Asa’s place, two nonprofit organizations Robin founded, as well as legislation (House Bill 253) Owlett sponsored to create a task force to address the growing number of children born to parents with substance abuse disorders.
