Doyle Heffley (R-Carbon) speaks in support of his legislation to require drug recovery houses to notify a resident’s emergency contact within 12 hours when the resident is evicted, self-discharges, or leaves and fails to return. House Bill 741, also known as Justin’s Law, passed unanimously and was sent to the Senate for consideration.
