Fink on Fixing the Process of Obtaining Grants

We need to fix the grant writing process, so it's more accessible to everyday Pennsylvanians. House Bill 1560, which is aimed at helping municipalities, would use your taxpayer dollars to fund a new government program to address that problem. Growing government and spending more taxpayer resources is not the way to go.
