Delozier Bill Updating Definitions for Child Sexual Abuse, Exploitation Passes Committee Unanimously

This morning, the House Judiciary Committee unanimously approved my House Bill 940, which would strengthen the definition of "child sexual abuse and exploitation" in the Child Protective Services Law to include the offenses of trafficking in minors and involuntary sexual servitude.
