Concerns over state policies on elk and whitetail and other Pennsylvania wildlife were front and center Wednesday evening as the second meeting of my statewide Sportsmen’s Listening Tour landed in Jefferson County. Resident sportsmen, landowners and municipal officials and state lawmakers - Reps. Brian Smith (R-Jefferson/Indiana, Parke Wentling (R-Mercer), Josh Bashline (R-Clarion/Armstrong) and Sen.
