Watch the press conference and ceremonial bill signing for House Bill 689, the bipartisan Clean Slate expansion bill offered by Rep. Jordan Harris (D-Philadelphia) and me. Pennsylvanians with criminal records will now have the opportunity to have certain low-level, nonviolent felony crimes sealed from their record after 10 years without recidivism.
