WHAT: Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, and Rep. Tim Hennessey (R-Chester/Montgomery), chair of the House Aging and Older Adult Services Committee, will conduct a joint public hearing about initiatives to discuss programs and assistance for Pennsylvania’s aging veteran population. A tour of the facility will follow the hearing.

Testifiers will include Mildred Butler-Coleman, deputy commandant for the Pennsylvania Southeastern Veterans’ Center; Maj. Gen. (USAF Retired) Eric Weller, Deputy Adjutant General for Veterans Affairs for the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veteran Affairs; Teresa Osborne, secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Aging; Bruce Foster, department service officer for the Pennsylvania American Legion; John B Getz Jr., state adjutant/quartermaster for Veterans of Foreign Wars at Pennsylvania State Headquarters; and Bob Singagliese, territory manager for Veterans Home Care NYJ, LLC.
