WHAT: Pennsylvania House Environmental Resources and Energy (ERE) Committee Majority Chairman Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) will convene a public hearing focusing on the environmental and economic benefits of pipelines.
The meeting will feature presentations from Keith Coyle, Esq., Marcellus Shale Coalition Pipeline Safety Workgroup; John Stoody, vice president of the Association of Pipelines; Paul Hartman, American Petroleum Institute Pennsylvania; David Marks, Eastern Energy Field Services, f/k/a Dominion Energy Field Services; David Horn, LECET construction market representative, Mid Atlantic LIUNA (Laborers' International Union of North America); David Butterworth, Pipeliners Local 798; and written testimony from Sandy Spencer, Appalachian Construction Services LLC.
