WHAT:      Rep. Karen Boback (R-Lackawanna/Luzerne/Wyoming), majority chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will lead an informational meeting to review various programs over which the committee has oversight. They include the Pennsylvania Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission, Pennsylvania National Guard Youth Challenge Program and the Pennsylvania Military Community Enhancement Commission.

WHO:    Boback and committee members, along with program representatives, including from the Pennsylvania Military Interstate Compact Commission: Barbara Clemmer, commissioner; Carrie Rowe, Bureau of School Support director; and Amy Lena, Division of Planning and Professional Development chief; from the Pennsylvania National Guard Youth Challenge Program’s Keystone State Challenge Academy:  Stephen Radulski, director; Edward Little, deputy director; Michael Moss, commandant of cadets; and LeAnn Weed, lead counselor; and Rear Admiral Nancy Lescavage, USN (Ret), Pennsylvania Military Community Enhancement Commission executive director.
