WHAT:    The House Education Committee, chaired by Rep. Curt Sonney (R-Erie), will hold a voting meeting to consider three proposals on a variety of education topics. They include measures that would repeal and replace provisions related to out-of-state instructional certificates (Senate Bill 224); include concurrent enrollment programs in the definition of school-related fees (Senate Bill 932); and allow certain official representatives to vote on the State System of Higher Education Board of Governors (Senate Bill 933).
