WHAT
: Rep. Rob Kauffman (R-Franklin), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, will hold a committee meeting to vote on the following bills:

• Senate Bill 113 (Sen. John DiSanto, R-Perry/Dauphin): Requires the forfeiture of pension benefits for public employees who are convicted or plead guilty or no contest to any job-related felony offense.
House Bill 97 (Rep. Kathy Rapp, R-Warren/Crawford/Forest): Amends the Crimes Code by adding “electronic nicotine delivery systems” (ENDS) to the sections that currently make it illegal to sell tobacco products to minors and, for students, to use tobacco products on school grounds.
House Bill 279 (Rep. Karen Boback, R-Luzerne/Lackawanna/Wyoming): Provides civil immunity for any damage that may be done to a vehicle when forceful entry is necessary to rescue a child.
House Bill 288 (Rep. Justin Simmons, R-Lehigh/Montgomery/Northampton): Amends the Crimes Code to increase the penalty for concealing the death of a child.
House Bill 315 (Rep. Thomas Murt, R-Montgomery/Philadelphia): Establishes the offense of female genital mutilation (FGM).
House Bill 332 (Rep. Seth Grove, R-York): Allows the Superior Court to create a Commerce Court program (modeled after program in Philadelphia).
