WHAT: The House Game and Fisheries Committee, chaired by state Rep. Keith Gillespie (R-York), will consider two key pieces of legislation:

House Bill 446 – Would make the offense of Trespass on Private Property While Hunting a primary offense, with higher summary and misdemeanor penalties.
•
House Bill 808 – Would allow the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission to establish its own fees for fishing- and boating- related licenses. Those fees are currently established by the state Legislature.
