WHAT: The House Human Services Committee, chaired by Rep. Gene DiGirolamo (R-Bucks), will hold a public hearing on the value and necessity of residential choice for individuals with severe and profound disabilities, including intermediate care facilities, congregated care living and the Pennsylvania State Developmental Centers.
