Culver Questions Effectiveness of PA 211

PA 211 allows all Pennsylvania residents to access customized health, housing and human services information in one place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During a March 9 budget hearing with the Department of Human Services, state Rep. Lynda Culver (R-Northumberland/Snyder) asked if the service is meeting the needs of those individuals who call.
