The COVID-19 pandemic forced most colleges and universities into offering only online classes. During a March 7 House Appropriations Committee budget hearing, state Rep. Lynda Culver (R-Northumberland/Snyder) asked representatives from Pennsylvania's community colleges about the number of students who are still choosing to not return to the classroom.
