Rep. Dan Moul (R-Adams) defends legislation to protect residents of manufactured homes against financial exploitation. The owner of a mobile home community, Moul said House Bill 1250 will prevent price gauging by investors who are pricing out the poor, the elderly and disabled individuals who cannot afford to live elsewhere.
Providing Stability for Pennsylvania Children, Families

On June 10, the House Children and Youth Committee passed a bill I am co-sponsoring with bipartisan support. House Bill 350 would provide stability for children and families, especially those conceived through surrogacy and IVF.
